NS2201X 系列是一款輸入過壓保護類芯片，芯片內置有過壓/過流/過溫保護功能和輸入 UVLO 鎖存功能，在輸入異常時可以斷開系統的 OUT 端口和IN 端口的連接，有效的保護后級電路不會被損壞，提高系統的應用可靠性。
NS2201X 系列提供有 NS2201A 和 NS2201B 兩款引腳方式封裝，均采用標準的 SOT23-3L 封裝形式。

NS2202X 系列 40V 輸入 OVP 保護 IC
NS2202X 系列是一款輸入過壓保護類芯片，芯片內置有過壓/過流/過溫保護功能和輸入 UVLO 鎖存功能，在輸入異常時可以斷開系統的 OUT 端口和IN 端口的連接，有效的保護后級電路不會被損壞，提高系統的應用可靠性。 NS2202 外置有 EN 使能和限流調節 ILIMT 引腳。在 EN 引腳接入低電平時芯片處于工作模式；在 EN引腳接入高電平時則進入關斷模式。通過調節 ILIMT引腳電阻可以調節限流保護閾值點，最大 2.1A。 NS2202X 系 列 提 供 有 NS2202 、 NS2202A 和NS2202B 三款引腳方式封裝，其中 NS2202A 和NS2202B 采用標準的 SOT23-3L 封裝形式；而 NS2202采用標準的 SOT23-6L 封裝形式。2025-09-23 閱讀：5 -
HT4066 過電壓保護IC
HT4066是一顆過壓保護IC，其內置125mQ (TYP)大電流MOS，其可對低電壓工作的系統 進行電壓保護，最高+36VDC.當VIN電壓超過OVP值時，HT4066將關閉 MOS以關斷VIN到VOUT的路徑，從而保護負載。當OVLO接地時，HT4066自動設置為固定的 5.85V過壓保護值。OVLO外接分壓電阻時，可設置4~10V的過壓保護值。 當HT4066超過最大結溫時，器件關閉。該產品提供SOT23-6封裝，支持-40℃到+85℃的環境溫度。 -
RY2334 30V High Side Over Voltage Protector
RY2334 is a high voltage 30V over voltage protector (OVP) which has a low on resistance, by only change the external connecting. It can be used as an OVP device or a high voltage switch. RY2334 consists of a charge pump, a configurable power MOSFET, a voltage reference, a gate driver and some logics and protection modules. RY2334 can react to an input surge very fast and shut off the switch in less than 0.1us. RY2334 is available in SOT-23-3, SOT23-6 package. -
