LN6216 Output Current CMOS Regulator with Low Power and Low Differential

1 General Description

     LN6216 series is a positive voltage regulator with low voltage difference, high precision output voltage and low current consumption developed by using CMOS technology. Due to the built-in low on state resistance transistor, the voltage difference is low and the output current is large. In order to make the load current not exceed the current capacity of the output transistor, overload current protection circuit and short circuit protection circuit are built in. High density installation is possible due to small packages such as SOT89-3L, SOT23-3L, SOT23-3B.
